Pas D'Arm Report
The Renowned Captain & Crew of the good ship Flying Ypotryll, did challenge all Heavy Fighters of the Realm to a Pas D'Arms which was held on the 26th of August, in the year 36AS of the SCA (2001).
The Gallant crew did look resplendant in their wonderful tabards, and matching shield covers, displaying the fearsome flag of the Ypotryll for all to see and fear.
The day encompassed many heroic acts & Chivalric deeds as well as several examples of ridiculous combat (ie. blindfolded, Marco Polo).
The day was a roaring success, with the crew being represented by 5 Valiant crew members, led by their Captain; Hanbal, Conan, Senena, Thorgrim & Ute. They were met both singly & en masse by a total of 11 brave souls, who did honour the crew by their enthusiasm.
The most chivalric on the day, by popular vote, was Alisdair McClean, with the 3 Blind Mice being awarded the most entertaining on the day.
